The following are some of the enjoyable single day treatments offered in our centres.

Abhyanga- Full Body Massage

Warm medical oil is massaged into the skin to loosen and dislodge toxins accumulated within the tissues. The massage facilitates the flow of blood and lymph and promotes absorption of the healing qualities of the oil. The treatment tones up the muscles and rejuvenates the entire system.

Kerala Aroma Abhyanga (Massage)

Our signature spa massage with aroma oils of Kerala. The strokes are slower and deeper. designed to alleviate fatigue, relax and refresh.

Ayur Rasayana - Rejuvenative Therapy

The therapy begins with an elaborate relaxing head and back massage. It is followed by the rejuvenative body massage and medicated steam bath. The elaborate massage revives energizes tired muscles and calms mind. The herbal steam treatment allows the body to perspire and release impurities through the skin. It soothes aching muscles and leaves a glowing complexion.

Shiro Abhyanga - Head Massage

This massage focuses on the vital points of the head, neck and arm. The treatment cools, relaxes and energises the eyes and the senses. Moreover, it calms and cures headache and relieves stress.

Sirodhara

(Single day treatment will be done with medicated milk)

The treatment consists of gentle pouring of warm herbal oil over the middle of the forehead for 45 minutes gently stimulating the nerves on the forehead.

The rejuvenative therapy can bring better sleep, calm emotions, improve memory and reduce anxiety, stress and depression. The treatment is profoundly relaxing and balancing to the entire nervous system, taking you into a deeply relaxed state.

Swedana - Steam Bath

Herbalized steam relaxes the body, reduces tension, and opens the pores and channels of circulations. For best results, a steam bath is taken after abhyanga. Swedana promotes penetration of the medicinal effects deep into the body tissues. Loosened impurities are eliminated through the sweat glands and gastrointestinal tract, thus purifying tissues and eliminating accumulated toxins from the body.

Nasya - Nasal Infusion

Ayurveda nasal Treatment helps to alleviate problems of excess mucus and blocked Sinuses, An invigorating face and neck massage prior to an herbal steam inhalation is given to loosen And melt the accumulate mucus in sinuses. Herbal nasal drops are then administrated to release Mucus form the Sinus passages.

Podikizi(Herbal Powder) / Elakizhi(Fresh Herbs)

Kizhi is one of the most popular therapies used to tackle Joint Pain, muscle Cramps, Stress and arthritis. A mixture of herbal powder or fresh herbs is Seasoned in medicated oil and tied into a fine muslin cloth, dipped in lukewarm oil and messaged into the body for 45 minutes. The Treatment is effective in cases of rheumatic Complaints and to reduce unwanted accumulation of fluids.

Kesha Raksha - Hair Care

The therapy tackles problems of hair fall, dandruff and itchy scalp ensuring silky, smooth and fragrant hair.
The procedure involves a relaxing head message using warm medicated oil followed by medicated paste application and herbal hair wash. The hair and scalp are finally dried with fragrant herbal smoke.

Ayurvedic Facial Treatment with Abhyanga

Using wholesome products and massage oils, the treatment begins with cleansing of the face. followed by a relaxing massage. Then a detoxifying clay mask is applied. Next comes a thorough neck. shoulder and face massage. A final nutritional mask is applied to nourish and regenerate the skin. Hot towels are applied between each phase of the treatment. While the masks are drying, one receives a complete body massage. Since the hands, feet and head reflect the entire body, the treatment has benefits that go beyond the facial to relax and renew the body and mind. Last, toner and moisturizer are applied.

Ayurvedic Facial Treatment

Magic Milk Ritual - Oil Free

This is an oil free massage specifically created for those of you who wish to have a massage but don't like the feel of oil on your bodies.

The massage is done with a carefully prepared concoction of milk, saffron (kumkum), honey and camphor and the whole body is worked upon for an hour and a quarter. On completion of massage of each side of the body a stream of warm water is poured down the body, to remove any discomfort or stickiness.

Benefits:

Apart from being a natural moisturizer, deep cleanser and nourisher, milk and its derivates contain lactic acid, which is a natural exfoliant. The treatment of the body with milk, saffron, honey and camphor leaves the skin soft and glowing.

The anti-bacterial property of honey and saffron kills the bacteria on the skin, thereby rendering a thorough cleansing effect on the whole body.

Unlike the traditional Ayurvedic massage which employs long strokes with moderate pressure, the technique used here focuses on short and firm massage movements.

Though a time taking and laborious procedure, the treatment has a magical effect on the body.

Sandalwood Ritual - Oil Free

The Sandalwood Ritual comprises of a similar free treatment of the body with a part of sandalwood powder, honey, saffron and camp Sandalwood paste is gently but firmly worked on to the skin with short firm strokes for around 75 minutes and washed off with streams of warm water, making it a delightful experience. The treatment has a lasting effect on the shin

Sandalwood and it’s all have been used by women in ancient times for its fragrance, curative and cosmetic properties. It was regularly used by royalty as part of their duly ceremonies and sacred rituals

The sandalwood paste mixture has been known in ancient India as an excellent skin conditioner and protection against the harsh vegans of the weather

Rajakumari (Princess) Ritual

Recommended as a single day Ayurveda spa treatment, the ritual constitutes cleaning, of facial treatment combined with Sirodhara and Steam bath.
The face is cleansed and stimulated by special Ayurvedic face packs and massage techniques This superior treatment is further enhanced by a full body massage simultaneously

It is followed by a soothing and therapeutic treatment called Shirodhara A stream of warm herbal milk is made to flow over the middle of the forehead for about 25 minutes accompanied by a gentle head massage. Steam bath follows. The treatment is profoundly relaxing and balancing to the entire nervous system, taking you into a deeply relaxed state. The ritual is completed with a refreshing drink in between and a snack at the end of the treatment. The ritual takes around three hours. .
